Help us choose Harriet’s sister

@JeanSea Thanks for the [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] vote - I think it’s the whimsy vibes that make it appealing to us. We also love [name_f]Florence[/name_f] but the ssss ending is sad for us!

@cactusgram [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]! That’s a beautiful combo, thanks for the suggestion.

Thanks everyone for the feedback and wonderful ideas!

There’s some excellent suggestions for us to work through. I particularly love Edith, Rosemary/Rosalie, and Marigold (Goldie) strikes a fun chord with me.

@mololy @MichelleM I really love Margaret and all of the nickname possibilities that come with this name. Thanks for this suggestion. Do you think Margaret is too rhymey with Harriet? Particularly if the nickname ends up being Maggie? Hattie and Maggie?

Nah, I don’t think that [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]/Maggie is too close to [name_f]Harriet[/name_f]/Hattie. They go great together! I do like [name_f]Maisy[/name_f], [name_f]Molly[/name_f], [name_f]Peggy[/name_f] & [name_f]Gerty[/name_f] a lot myself too. :slight_smile:

It honestly never occurred to me that [name_f]Harriet[/name_f] and [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] could be rhymey, I don’t think it’s a problem since they sound different enough to my ears, same with [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_f]Maggie[/name_f]

I love your names! [name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Winifred[/name_f], and [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] are my favorites! [name_f]Margot[/name_f] is probably the very best because it gives me the same sweet vibe as HArriet. [name_f]Hattie[/name_f] and [name_f]Maggie[/name_f] is the cutest thing since the invention of rabbits!
