We are trying to choose a name for our second son, torn between [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] and [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]. [name_f]My[/name_f] initials are EA so I would prefer [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] but I’m not sure if I should avoid having the first name end in the same letter as the middle name. Thoughts??

I love [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] so my vote is for [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m]. I think it flows better, too. What’s your first son’s name?

I really like both names! I prefer [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] for a first name but am not sold on the flow of [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Aaron[/name_m]. I think [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] has a better flow. However, that being said, I also don’t think the flow of names is super important. If you want your son to have the same initials as you and it would have great meaning, I say forget about the flow. They are both great names, so you can’t go wrong.

I think I like [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] better, better flow. I like both names, and I do like [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] as a first name.

I love [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] and personally feel neutral about [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] so my favorite is [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] [name_m]Aaron[/name_m].

Same here. [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] is a great name with tons of personality and history. I like [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m], but [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] on its own feels a bit dated.

I slightly prefer [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] as a first name and I think [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] has the better flow as a combo. [name_m]How[/name_m] do the names sound with your surname and your other son?

I prefer [name_m]Aaron[/name_m]–it’s so handsome!–so my vote would be for [name_m]Aaron[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m].
