Help us decide on a girl name... we are struggling!

We are stuck between:

[name_f]Grace[/name_f]

[name_u]Sloane[/name_u]

[name_u]Avery[/name_u]

[name_f]Lila[/name_f]

and

[name_f]Sarah[/name_f]…

Thoughts??

My favorites are [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] (biased). Least favorite is [name_u]Sloane[/name_u]. I can’t separate it from [name_m]Ferris[/name_m] Bueler and don’t love the sound.

My favorites are [name_u]Avery[/name_u], [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. I’m neutral about [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] and [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] is my least favorite. Good luck deciding!

My favorite is [name_f]Lila[/name_f]! Classic, but not too common.
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] sounds lovely to me, as well.
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f] is a bit too plain for my taste, and [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] has always seemed a bit colder to me.

[name_f]Lila[/name_f] is a beautiful choice : )

It seemsts like everyone is in favour of [name_f]Lila[/name_f], but I’m going to be the odd one out and say go with the classic [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]. [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] [name_u]Avery[/name_u] sounds beautiful together.

I like [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] best. It would be really refreshing to meet a little one named [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] as so many of them are in the mom age bracket.

[name_u]Sloane[/name_u] is my least favorite. I just don’t love the sound of it.

In order from favorite to least favorite

[name_u]Sloane[/name_u]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f]
[name_f]Sarah[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]

[name_f]Sarah[/name_f]: I knew too many Sarahs growing up, so I have a hard time liking [name_f]Sarah[/name_f]. That being said, many Sarahs are likely going to be 20s or older, “mom age” like a PP poster mentioned, so you won’t have as much popularity with it now.
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]: I think this is much too overused, but I do still like it.
[name_u]Sloane[/name_u]: Toyed with it myself, but I think it’s almost too boyish.
[name_u]Avery[/name_u]: pretty and I used to love it, but I lean more toward variations like [name_u]Everly[/name_u] now if I go for that style name.

So, after all that, [name_f]Lila[/name_f] is definitely my favorite. =] My brother’s best friend has a little girl named [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], but they always call her [name_f]Lilah[/name_f] and I love it. It just sounds so soft and sweet.

[name_u]Avery[/name_u] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f] are my favorites.

Another vote for [name_f]Lila[/name_f]! I have always loved that name. I have a cousin with daughters named [name_f]Layla[/name_f] and Miette and I just adore those names as well!

I also like [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. It is one that I hear a lot but its just so pretty and classic I don’t know if I would care. [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] for me personally has too many associations so I couldn’t use it, but if that isn’t the case for you I do think its a pretty name and like others have said there probably wouldn’t be a lot of other Sarahs in class at school.

[name_u]Sloane[/name_u]! Such a cool name…

[name_f]Sarah[/name_f] or [name_f]Grace[/name_f]

I dislike [name_u]Sloane[/name_u], it makes me thing of the British term Sloane Ranger, which is a bit like preppy.

My favorites are [name_f]Lila[/name_f] and [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. [name_u]Sloane[/name_u] and [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] are ok. [name_u]Avery[/name_u] is my least favorite but I did like the suggestion of using it as a middle name.

I like [name_f]Sarah[/name_f] and [name_f]Lila[/name_f]
