[name_m]Remy[/name_m] is a boys’ name to me, sorry. Have you considered [name_f]Romilly[/name_f]?
My favorite combo would either be [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Elaine[/name_f] or [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Delilah[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Elaine[/name_f] ultimately wins out for me, though. I see [name_u]Remy[/name_u] as unisex.
I think the names [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] & [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] are very pretty, so I’d go with [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] or [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]…I’m not feeling “[name_u]Remy[/name_u]”. In this way, I’d use [name_u]Remy[/name_u] as a middle name (if you really like it) as I personally think the other names are far more attractive. But of course, ignore my suggestions if you really love [name_u]Remy[/name_u].
From your list I chose [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]. 
I like [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Delilah[/name_f], and [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. I would go with a light, feminine middle name to balance the masculine first name.
We are in love with [name_u]Remy[/name_u] and are not concerned with masculine connotations. I have never met a [name_u]Remy[/name_u] male or female in our area. Its just as sweet as [name_f]Emmi[/name_f] or [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] wo the uber popularity.
It looks like [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Elaine[/name_f] is coming in first with [name_u]Remy[/name_u] [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] a close second!
