I voted for [name_m]Callan[/name_m], because I love the nn [name_u]Cal[/name_u]. My second choice is [name_m]Samson[/name_m]. 
Sounds like [name_u]Noah[/name_u] and [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] mean the most to you. I would not let popularity get in the way of [name_u]Noah[/name_u] if you really love it and it fits your little boy. I do understand your concerns with [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] though so [name_u]Noah[/name_u] would seem the better option to me. Plus [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]Henry[/name_m] and [name_u]Noah[/name_u] [name_m]William[/name_m] are both very handsome!
I voted [name_m]Callan[/name_m] because I love the nickname [name_u]Cal[/name_u] and that seems to be important to you. I think your concern about the versatility of [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] has merit. [name_m]Artie[/name_m] also seems to meet your criteria and work well with the brother name. Good luck!
I voted [name_u]Noah[/name_u] because it shouldn’t matter if it’s popular if it’s a pod name. I think it’s the best name there on it’s own and with [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]. I like [name_m]Callan[/name_m] & [name_m]Samson[/name_m] too.

I voted for [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] but also like [name_m]Artie[/name_m]. What about just [name_u]Sam[/name_u] and then he can go by [name_u]Sammi[/name_u]? [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] and [name_u]Sam[/name_u] are so sweet together!
My favorites, with [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] and personally, are [name_m]Callan[/name_m] and [name_u]Noah[/name_u]. [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] and [name_m]Archie[/name_m] (and [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] and [name_m]Archer[/name_m]) would also make a fabulous sibling set.
I like [name_m]Samson[/name_m] because it has options to use [name_u]Sam[/name_u] or [name_u]Sammi[/name_u] as nicknames. They are young children for such a short time so I like that he would have a more formal name to use in certain situations as an adult, should he choose. [name_u]Sammi[/name_u] on his birth certificate is cute but works better for when he is a child, [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
I love [name_u]Noah[/name_u] and [name_m]Callan[/name_m] but voted for [name_u]Noah[/name_u] because it goes much better with [name_u]Teddy[/name_u] than [name_m]Callan[/name_m].

I think [name_m]Artie[/name_m] would be great, too, it’s just very much the same style like [name_u]Teddy[/name_u], as a vintage nn. but both [name_m]Artie[/name_m] and the possibilty to shorten it to [name_m]Art[/name_m] is lovely.
I really love [name_m]Samson[/name_m], and agree that it’s got great versatility with the options for [name_u]Sammy[/name_u]/[name_u]Sam[/name_u] and [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] for short.
[name_u]Sonny[/name_u] is also super cool and I think goes very well with [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]. I know an adult [name_u]Sonny[/name_u] and it actually ages surprisingly well.
