Help with a family name!

I am having trouble coming up with the family’s last name. The story is set back in the early 1800’s and the family is very wealthy. The family consists of a mother, father, son, and daughter. They have a thriving business shipping goods to and from different places. I want it to sound prestigious. Like Vanderbilt or Hollingsworth. I’ve thrown around a lot of different ideas like [name_m]Raeburn[/name_m], [name_u]Windsor[/name_u], Carrington, and [name_m]Braxton[/name_m]. I’ve searched several websites for name ideas and none stick out to me.

I also need a name for the father of the house. He’s a large, burly man who is always smiling and loves a good joke. I’ve thrown around ideas like [name_m]Leonard[/name_m] “[name_m]Leo[/name_m]”, [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] “[name_m]Ben[/name_m]”, and [name_m]Vincent[/name_m] “[name_m]Vince[/name_m]” or “[name_u]Vinnie[/name_u]”, but none seem to fit quite right.

Please help!

The name that stood out to me for a traditional family surname was [name_m]Gallagher[/name_m]. For the father’s name, I was thinking [name_m]Fredrick[/name_m], nn [name_u]Freddie[/name_u]. [name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps and good luck on your story!
