Help with boy's name, what do you think of Jens?

I love the name [name_m]Jens[/name_m], any thoughts? My mother was Danish, and I knew a [name_m]Jens[/name_m] when i was young. It’s pronounced Yhens in Scandinavia, but here most people would say it as it looks, [name_m]Jens[/name_m].

[name_m]Jens[/name_m] [name_u]Elias[/name_u] Kellogg?
[name_m]Jens[/name_m] Eriksen Kellogg?

I think he’s going to be a tall, strong boy.

Still also considering [name_m]Aren[/name_m], [name_m]Lev[/name_m], and [name_u]Elias[/name_u].

Not so easy, finding the right name!

I like [name_m]Jens[/name_m] [name_m]Erikson[/name_m]. I don’t like the Eriksen spelling at all. [name_m]Jens[/name_m] is not my style, but I think it could totally work!

Oh… Interesting!

I’m Danish as well (okay, I have Danish citizenship). I like [name_m]Jens[/name_m]. I know a [name_m]Jens[/name_m] - he’s a great person. I think it’s great way to honor your mother’s heritage, as it’s a common name in Denmark.

[name_m]Jens[/name_m] [name_u]Elias[/name_u] is my favorite. I’ve never came across of Eriksen as a middle name - I think of it as a last name. It has also do with the -sen. I know thousands of last names that end in that. My mother’s maiden name ends in that. Four of my aunts married name ends in that. I even know a Eriksen family.

I am due in a few weeks and also considering the name [name_m]Jens[/name_m]! I love it and I would want people to pronounce it As it looks, which like you mentioned I’m assuming here in the US people would. I am just a little hesitant that some may find it feminine. It’s also a name used on my moms Danish side which makes me like it more. I’m interested to see what other people think! But I love it!
