I’m just over 7 months pregnant and posted a couple of months ago about the name [name]Mary[/name] [name]Louise[/name] for our daughter, which is on our shortlist, and received some very helpful feedback. However, recently I’ve been second-guessing the name (although I love it), because I’m not sure if it flows with our last name, which sounds like “Ready” (although it’s spelled differently).
So my question is: Does “[name]Mary[/name] Ready” sound strange/funny? (As there’s a possibility that [name]Mary[/name] [name]Louise[/name] would get shortened to just [name]Mary[/name])
Our other first names on the current shortlist are [name]Alice[/name], [name]Grace[/name], and [name]Louise[/name] (on its own). We have been throwing around different combinations, which all include at least one family name - so I’ll include a few of the top contenders below. I’m wondering what are your thoughts on these names and the “flow” with our last name? It’s SO hard to narrow this down! I’m hoping some other objective opinions might help a little.

I am just not a fan of [name]Alice[/name] in general. [name]Grace[/name] Ready sounds like a slogan.
