[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Everyone! We have one twin name we’re set on ([name_f]Clara[/name_f]) so I’m trying to narrow down the middle name options. Her twin sister will either be [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] or [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. Our last name starts with a T and rhymes with learner:
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is my favorite. They are all nice, but [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] is my least favorite with [name_f]Clara[/name_f] because the first syllable sounds kind of like but not quite like the “lar” sound in [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] would be lovely, if you decide to go with [name_f]Bridget[/name_f].
I adore [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. I like the sound of the shorter first name paired with the longer middle name. I also agree that [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] works best with [name_f]Clara[/name_f]. Since [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] has three syllables maybe a name with two syllables will work for the middle name.
[name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is kind of special to me (nickname of my Mom’s) but it’s probably my husband’s least favorite. [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is my grandmother’s name.
My husband likes the name [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] would be a way to honor both of our fathers. [name_u]Eloise[/name_u] and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] are also family names on my husband’s side.
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] is beautiful and, along with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], is the only name that has no family significance. We are considering this as a first name for the other twin, but our main concern is the nickname ‘[name_u]Julie[/name_u]’…
We ended up not using any family names with our son ([name_m]Callum[/name_m] [name_m]Pierce[/name_m]) so I’m now wondering if we should do the same with the twins so nobody feels left out? We don’t intend to have anymore children after these two.
I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] with your last name. I don’t think [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] will end up as [name_u]Julie[/name_u]. I know one [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] and she is always [name_f]Juliet[/name_f]. [name_f]Juliet[/name_f] [name_f]Lauren[/name_f] would be nice.
