Help with middle name

So, I’ve decided on [name]Wynter[/name] or [name]Winter[/name]. I like [name]Winter[/name] spelling better but [name]Wynter[/name] has the cute gaelic nn of [name]Wyn[/name]. Either way, I’m calling her [name]Winnie[/name]. Onto middle names, we can’t decide. Help! (* favorites)

  • [name]Winter[/name] [name]Quinn[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Bryn[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] Aslyn
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Ella[/name]
  • [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eva[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Kyla[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Roselyn[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Shiloh[/name]
  • [name]Winter[/name] [name]Alice[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eve[/name]
    [name]Winter[/name] Irelyn
I would love the middle name to be classic and short. I love the middle name [name]Kate[/name] but thanks to [name]Nicole[/name] [name]Richie[/name], that’s all I can think of. Any opinions or advice would be wonderful. Thank you!

[name]Winnie[/name] is a very sweet nickname, and I definitely prefer the [name]Winter[/name] spelling.

Personally, I think a more traditional, clearly feminine middle would balance out [name]Winter[/name] nicely (not that I would assume [name]Winter[/name] was a boy, I wouldn’t, but just because it has that -er ending and a modern feel). I’d also oust names with -lyn endings, no matter how long a history they have, just because the ending is currently quite trendy and I don’t feel like they provide enough variation on the contempory feel of [name]Winter[/name]. On that note, I feel the following are your best bets:
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Belle[/name]
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Ella[/name]
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Eva[/name]
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Alice[/name]
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Winter[/name] [name]Eve[/name].

I feel like [name]Winter[/name] [name]Belle[/name] is too [name]Snow[/name] White, and [name]Winter[/name] [name]Ella[/name] is pretty but I find it somewhat hard to say. [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eve[/name] feels just a little too much like the setting of a [name]Christmas[/name] tale, too!

So, I think it’s between [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eva[/name], [name]Winter[/name] [name]Alice[/name] and [name]Winter[/name] [name]Jane[/name]. My personal favourite is [name]Winter[/name] [name]Alice[/name], as it avoids the repetitive ending sound of [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eva[/name] but has just a little more pizazz than [name]Winter[/name] [name]Jane[/name], but all three would be lovely names.

Good luck!

My favourite from your list is [name]Winter[/name] [name]Alice[/name] followed by [name]Winter[/name] [name]Jane[/name] and [name]Winter[/name] [name]Eve[/name] (this name makes me feel warm and cozy so it’s fine by me!).

Thank you [name]Auburn[/name] and [name]Mischa[/name],
I appreciate your opinions and I couldn’t agree more. I don’t want it too “disney”. I love [name]Alice[/name] because [name]Alice[/name] in Wonderland has always been my fav and [name]Winnie[/name] for so many reasons. I’m bringing all of yall’s info to my hubby for review, although I have final say if it’s a girl and he a boy.
