Hmm. They seem to have a bit of a British flair ([name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Diana[/name_f], [name_f]Faye[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Juno[/name_f], and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] seem very British to me!). You like a couple unisex name ([name_u]Rory[/name_u], [name_u]Marlow[/name_u], [name_f]Lux[/name_f], [name_u]Arden[/name_u]), and some seem to have a bit of a natural appeal ([name_f]Elowen[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_u]Arden[/name_u], [name_u]Marlow[/name_u], [name_f]Terra[/name_f], [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]). Maybe a bit of [name_m]Doctor[/name_m] Who inspiration, as well? ([name_u]Rory[/name_u], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], etc.?), and a little bit of mythology inspiration as well ([name_f]Diana[/name_f], [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], [name_f]Juno[/name_f]).
I just wanted to add that I really love [name_f]Lena[/name_f] on your list! I’ve seriously been crushing on [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] nn [name_f]Lena[/name_f] lately–I think she’s gorgeous.
And honestly, don’t feel bad–for years, people have made posts like, “[name_m]How[/name_m] would you describe your style?!” And I’m like, “Um. Well, they’re names I like?!”
I still never know how to concisely state what my style is–I know I go for more more innocent/sweet as opposed to exotic and sexy, but international European names (especially of Polish, [name_m]French[/name_m], and Dutch origin!) are my GP and indulgence, I like names with sort of hidden meanings (like subtle ties to my faith–like [name_f]Tess[/name_f] means “harvester”, and there is a verse in the Bible about the harvest being ready, and to ask the [name_m]Lord[/name_m] of the Harvest to send out workers, etc.), ties to literature, family, history, and my faith… I am a pretty big fan of flower names, too, because my earliest and fondest memories of my mum are of her in her garden when I was a child. I don’t do unisex names for girls, but I’m not terribly frilly, either, so I don’t really do frilly on my list (although I get pretty close, sometimes!). Haha, see? My list description is much longer than yours! Sometimes I envy the people who can just say, “Oh, I like classic names.”
