There is a male character named [name]Ezra[/name] on the tv show Pretty [name]Little[/name] Liars…I like it! [name]Silas[/name] is cute too. I’m not a huge fan of [name]Oliver[/name] or [name]Ollie[/name].
I can’t stand [name]Silas[/name], I have no clue why so many berries like it…
I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ezra[/name], that’s our top name choice, and we adore the nickname Ezi/Ezzi.
I like [name]Oliver[/name] but dislike nn of [name]Ollie[/name] so that would be out for me
[name]Silas[/name] has the same feel as [name]Oliver[/name] and I think would be my first choice
[name]Ezra[/name] is a strong name one that says ‘look at me’ I don’t think I would use it though.

I love the nickname [name]Sy[/name] or [name]Cy[/name]. I wish there were more options beyond [name]Cyrus[/name], [name]Cyril[/name], etc. I voted [name]Silas[/name].
I went with [name]Ezra[/name] because it’s different and strong. Also, I’m not the biggest fan of [name]Silas[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name] as a first name.
I voted for [name]Oliver[/name]. It may be getting popular but it’s still a great name, and I happen to like [name]Ollie[/name] as a nn once and again. You did say he would primarily go by [name]Oliver[/name] anyhow. I do like your other choices, but not nearly so much as [name]Oliver[/name].
I love them all! I think [name]Silas[/name] nn [name]Si[/name]/[name]Sy[/name] is such a cool Biblical choice and I always loved the story of [name]Paul[/name] and [name]Silas[/name] singing in the jail. I love the traditional-but-quirky feel of [name]Oliver[/name], and [name]Ezra[/name] is just so cool, too. I think I prefer [name]Ezra[/name] as a MN (either [name]Silas[/name] [name]Ezra[/name] or [name]Oliver[/name] [name]Ezra[/name] would be really cool, or even [name]Silas[/name] [name]Oliver[/name]…), but I’m still really torn on [name]Silas[/name] and [name]Oliver[/name]! Since you’ve leaned toward [name]Silas[/name] the whole time, I think that would get my vote. I prefer the [name]Si[/name] spelling for the nn, but [name]Sy[/name] is cute, too. I think [name]Silas[/name] [name]Oliver[/name] or [name]Silas[/name] [name]Ezra[/name] would be fabulous, if you don’t have a combo picked out yet.

Oo, I love all of them. I, too, have never met an [name]Ezra[/name] in real life, although I know one of each of the others. I guess it depends on his personality, and what you decide you like best when the time comes – take them all with you, and choose one when he gets here!

I hate [name]Silas[/name] too…it just sounds slimy…I like [name]Oliver[/name] hate [name]Ollie[/name]…[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Ezra[/name]… but not the nicknames they are just silly
I have my own [name]Oliver[/name], so love that. I really like [name]Ezra[/name] too; it’s classic and solid. I’m not a big fan of [name]Silas[/name] either. Maybe the similar sound to [name]Cyrus[/name] is a turnoff. I always picture a creepy guy. Good luck!

I like [name]Silas[/name] best, and the nickname [name]Sy[/name]. I think it’s a neat, strong name. I have a cousin named [name]Oliver[/name] and I know a little 4 month old boy named [name]Ezra[/name]. I don’t care for [name]Oliver[/name]/[name]Ollie[/name] or [name]Ezra[/name] that much, but they are not bad names at all, but definitely [name]Silas[/name] would be my first choice!
