We’re expecting our second child in July, a sibling to (by then) 2yo Elowen, and we just can’t land on our girl name (boy name is holdover from baby #1 - Arthur). Last name is similar to DeWalt. We like strong feminine names with short and sweet informal nickname options.
- Elowen and Rhiannon
- Elowen and Bernadette
- Elowen and Florence
[name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f] are a dream set!! Both so mystical yet powerful!! If I had to pick a second place, it would have to go to [name_u]Florence[/name_u]
I also love [name_f]Elowen[/name_f] and [name_u]Arthur[/name_u] - they feel very romantic and fairytale-esque!!
You have fabulous taste in names

I love [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f] because she’s magical and strong, almost regal, perfectly matched with [name_f]Elowen[/name_f].
The other names are nice too, but [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f] really shines in comparison.

Can’t stop picturing you as my cousin who also has an almost 2yo named [name_f]Elowen[/name_f]. [name_u]Arthur[/name_u] is a family name for us so even that feels right haha. Personally my preference is [name_u]Florence[/name_u] but I’d say [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f] is a solid second. I think [name_f]Rhiannon[/name_f] is only second for me because while it’s familiar I think it’s one of those names that people have heard but would pause if they tried to write it out, does that make sense.
