[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! We are having our 4th (and final) child. We have dd [name_u]Piper[/name_u] [name_f]Camille[/name_f], dd [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] [name_u]Mackenzie[/name_u], and ds [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] [name_u]Tyler[/name_u]. We are looking for something that goes with the flow so to speak.
We are stuck on [name_f]Ameila[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] or [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. We want to use [name_f]Claire[/name_f] for sure. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
I love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and it sounds great with your sibset!
Some others I like too: [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f], [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] & [name_f]Daphne[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]. But, I really really like [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
I’m personally not a fan of [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] or [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] and I also don’t think they “go” with your sibset. If that’s not a problem for you, then definitely go with either.
Congratulations!
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] flows just wonderfully with your other kids’ names. I also love the suggestion of [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f].
Other ideas:
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Hazel[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Piper[/name_u], [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] and [name_m]Beckett[/name_m] all strike me as fairly neutral and spunky while [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] and [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] don’t really - I would opt for something that borders a little more on modern and unisex;
I would also mention that if you are wanting to honour someone called [name_f]Claire[/name_f] with your middle name you could always use a similar name, such as [name_f]Clara[/name_f], in order to place less of a restriction on your first name options.
So Sorry for your loss. [name_f]Claire[/name_f] is a beautiful name. I like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] but still love [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] best with your other names!
So sorry for your loss, I can’t imagine how hard that is. I’m with others who have said [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] and [name_f]Heidi[/name_f] don’t go perfectly with your others, but I don’t think that makes either of them unusable. Sounds like you’ve got a good list going, but here are some more suggestions if you want them:
So I know this is a little sappy, but given the circumstances and how loved this little girl will be here are some names with appropriate meanings:
[name_f]Meena[/name_f] (means precious)
[name_f]Esme[/name_f] (esteemed, beloved)
[name_u]Gemini[/name_u] (means twin; possible full name for the nickname [name_f]Gemma[/name_f]?)
Amora (love)
[name_f]Linnea[/name_f] (twin flower)
So we are down to [name_f]Gemma[/name_f], [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f], and [name_u]Dylan[/name_u]. Any suggestions based on these? [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] is in the lead but I’m concerned with how it will age. [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] is something I’ve wanted to use forever and would go with our unisex names. Gosh why is this so hard?!
I think [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] flows best with [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and goes well with your other kids. However [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is quite popular where as your other kids name aren’t. But it is such a beautiful name so if that doesn’t bother you go for it!
Other suggestions:
[name_u]Hadley[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Avery[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Taylor[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Alyssa[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Sally[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Savannah[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Halle[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Riley[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_f]Amanda[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Emerson[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
[name_u]Peyton[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]
I would suggest using more of a unisex name because neither of your girls names are super girly.
Oooh he likes [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] out of those! I agree with the unisex name too. I really love [name_u]Dylan[/name_u] but am thinking with the meaning it would be fitting for the baby that passed. Thoughts?
[name_m]Hi[/name_m]! I just wanted to come back and update! We decided on [name_u]Teagan[/name_u] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] and last minute changed the spelling to [name_u]Tegan[/name_u]. It went better with [name_u]Dylan[/name_u], which we named the twin we lost. Thank you all for the help and the suggestions.
I am currently browsing names again because I am changing my name! Super exciting and something I’ve wanted to do since 2nd grade.
