Help with variation on Susan

My best friend is 37 weeks pregnant with her first baby. They do not know the gender, but if it is a girl, her husband would like the middle name to be [name_f]Susan[/name_f] (his mothers name). I think this is a family tradition on his side.

My friend is fine with that, BUT, feels like none of the names they like flow well enough with [name_f]Susan[/name_f] in the middle. I have suggested she look for a variation of [name_f]Susan[/name_f] that could still work as an honour name to her Mother in [name_m]Law[/name_m]. So far however, all I have come up with is [name_f]Lily[/name_f] ([name_f]Susan[/name_f] means [name_f]Lily[/name_f]). I’m just wondering if anyone else has any suggestions of variations of the name [name_f]Susan[/name_f] that I could suggest to her?
