Help -

I have been trying to find a girl name that isn’t too over used. What do you think of these names and do you have any suggestions.

[name]Lorelei[/name] --very pretty, not overused
[name]Sidney[/name] --pretty, but way too popular
[name]Addison[/name] --nice, but unisex name, getting too popular
[name]Allison[/name] --not used much anymore, an 80’s-90’s name
[name]Elizabeth[/name] --classic girl’s name, used quite often, but I love it!

Have you thought of

2008 rankings:
[name]Lorelei[/name] - #680
[name]Sidney[/name] - [name]Sydney[/name] at #43, [name]Sidney[/name] at #523
[name]Addison[/name] - #12
[name]Allison[/name] - #32, [name]Alison[/name] at #273
[name]Elizabeth[/name] - #9

Four of your five are really common. Only [name]Lorelei[/name] reasonably qualifies as uncommon. My style, definitely. Some people consider it oversexed, I think.
If you want something still less common:
Alternatives to the others - harder. With ey/ee/ie and -son endings trendy, almost anything is either heavily used or soon could be.

[name]Lorelei[/name]: I think this is beautiful!

Names that remind me of [name]Lorelei[/name] that you may like:

[name]Sidney[/name]: This feels dated to me on girls (because the [name]Sydney[/name] spelling/name was so popular in the 90s…)

[name]Addison[/name]: Very popular, #12. I can appreciate the appeal of unisex names, but when I hear [name]Addison[/name], I sadly think of [name]Addison[/name]'s Disease, an adrenal disease.

More you may like:

[name]Allison[/name]: [name]Every[/name] [name]Allison[/name] I’ve known has been really sweet, but the name feels dated to me (1980s).

[name]Elizabeth[/name]: I love [name]Elizabeth[/name]! It’s popular, but a timeless classic.

Good luck!

I like these: [name]Lorelei[/name], [name]Allison[/name], [name]Elizabeth[/name] - I think [name]Lorelei[/name] fits best b/c it’s not popular at all. [name]Addison[/name] and [name]Sidney[/name] I don’t like, too popular and well… not my style.
What about:
[name]Maren[/name], [name]Auden[/name], [name]Malin[/name], [name]Annaliese[/name], [name]Bridget[/name], [name]Harper[/name] (getting popular), [name]Emmeline[/name], [name]Leonor[/name], Ailey, [name]Ainsley[/name], [name]Rosalie[/name], [name]Willow[/name], [name]Paisley[/name], [name]Taryn[/name], [name]Tamsin[/name], [name]Morgan[/name], [name]Rosalyn[/name], Aven, [name]Arden[/name], [name]Jocelyn[/name], [name]Teagan[/name], [name]Maisie[/name]
