Okay so, I know you guys are all about baby names, but can I ask for some help in naming a car?
my wife’s father just purchased a new [name]Nissan[/name] Altima, and we’ve been charged with coming up with a nickname for it. The color is slate gray, and it’s a boy. Please help!
Haha well it’s kinda hard to pick what type of name you’re looking for - some people go for funny old names like [name]Bertie[/name] and others go for Shinae-nae (seriously, that was my friend’s car’s name). If it’s grey, what about [name]Earl[/name] (as in [name]Earl[/name] [name]Grey[/name]), [name]Thor[/name] (like thunder, y’know…grey clouds…Pulling at strings here). There’s also surnames like [name]Lloyd[/name] which means grey and Farran which means iron grey…
I’ve never named a boy car before! I’ve only met girl ones
[name]Hope[/name] you can figure something out!
Lol…
As the PP said, I rarely meet boy cars. My hubby and I named our “baby” [name]Rosie[/name] nn/ [name]Rosalyn[/name]. [name]Rosemary[/name] was just to “old” and our car definitely needed a classy but spunky name.
Now follow my logic here.
[name]Gray[/name]= [name]Stone[/name]
[name]Stone[/name]= [name]Rock[/name]
[name]Rock[/name]= [name]Rock[/name] [name]Hudson[/name]
[name]Shiny[/name] New Classy sedan could be thought of fondly as “[name]Hudson[/name]”
Let us know what your father in law decides!
Good luck!

Haha I love [name]Hudson[/name]! What a good idea
