Help

I need help. My favourite boys names are [name]Eamon[/name] and [name]Tiago[/name] but I am having second thoughts. In Australia [name]Eamon[/name] is known of but [name]Tiago[/name] is uncommon. Does [name]Tiago[/name] clash with my popular girls name choices of [name]Isobel[/name], [name]Sophie[/name], [name]Miranda[/name] and [name]Elspeth[/name]? Is [name]Eamon[/name] [name]Sullivan[/name] too well known to even think of naming a son [name]Eamon[/name]? Please Help.

I’m American, and I haven’t heard of either of those names. [name]Tiago[/name] looks like it’s derived from [name]Santiago[/name] though. Not a bad thing, just what came to mind.

I think the only name [name]Tiago[/name] kind of clashes with is [name]Elspeth[/name]. A little bit. I think [name]Eamon[/name] works with all of them. Maybe by the time you have kids it won’t be as popular for the generation you’ll be raising. So don’t stress on that.

I’ve only ever heard [name]Eamon[/name] in Biblical references. That said, I think it’s a fantastic name. “E” names for boys are trendy right now, and this is a great change from the usual list of Ethans, Elliots, and [name]Evans[/name].

Never heard of [name]Tiago[/name]. My first thought was that it was a nn for [name]Santiago[/name]. Personally, I’m not a fan of it. Much prefer [name]Eamon[/name].

I actually think [name]Tiago[/name] goes better with your female names than [name]Eamonn[/name]. [name]Tiago[/name] has a strong Latin flare like your girls’ choices, so I think it goes quite nice.

[name]Eamon[/name] [name]Sullivan[/name] is an Australian Olympic Swimmer

I really like [name]Eamon[/name]. Great name! I don’t care for [name]Tiago[/name]. I dont know about it clashing, I simply don’t like it. [name]Eamon[/name] is different without being weird and also sounds good with your names.

I prefer [name]Tiago[/name] to [name]Eamon[/name] but if you’re really uncertain about it then how about [name]Diego[/name]? Similar to [name]Tiago[/name], but more familiar?

I am only in my early teens with younger siblings so I always think of the show go [name]Diego[/name] go (he is [name]Dora[/name] the explorers cousin)

I dunno, I’ve heard them both before and [name]Eamon[/name] is alright but considering [name]Edmund[/name] is my favourite boy name, [name]Eamon[/name] doesn’t come close for me

[name]Tiago[/name] seems kind of strange to me because since I don’t speak Portuguese, I dissect [name]Santiago[/name] as the ‘[name]James[/name]’ part being [name]Iago[/name]/ [name]Yago[/name], and the T is part of Sant(o). I do really like [name]Yago[/name], though.
I do think [name]Tiago[/name] goes well with [name]Miranda[/name] and [name]Isobel[/name] works well with both boy names, and I think [name]Elspeth[/name] & [name]Eamon[/name] are great together.

I don’t speak Portuguese either

I am in my mid-teens with some younger cousins… completely forgot about Go [name]Diego[/name] Go they stopped watching it months and months ago! >< LOL he was cooler than Dora. Now I actually associate Diego with the sabre-toothed cat from the Ice Age franchise. It’s still an awesome name though.
