I’m not a fan of unconventional spellings either, but I like [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] and [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] is cute, though I prefer [name_f]Adeline[/name_f]. But [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] gets my vote! Good luck!
I think my favourite is [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f]. It’s hard to choose! But I like the sound and the meaning of [name_f]Jolie[/name_f], and [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] ([name_f]Adelyn[/name_f]) is a name I’ve always liked.
My second favourite would be Suttyn [name_f]Nicole[/name_f]. I would much, much prefer the [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] spelling tho, it might actually bring it to first place for me then!
Thanks all for your feedback. I think we have it narrowed down to [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] and [name_u]Haven[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]. The spelling can be changed, however I like the Y as our other daughter is Laikyn [name_f]Ann[/name_f].
I like [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] best, although I’d be thrilled to meet a little [name_f]Adalyn[/name_f] [name_f]Jolie[/name_f]! I think that’s such a pretty name. I also like Suttyn [name_f]Nicole[/name_f] (or [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f]?) a lot, although I prefer the [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] spelling. I mixed Havyn [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and Suttyn [name_f]Nicole[/name_f], but I really love the idea of [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f], actually. Or even [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Sutton[/name_u]! [name_f]Grace[/name_f] [name_u]Sutton[/name_u] is super spunky and sweet. (Then again, I’m obsessed with [name_f]Grace[/name_f], so I’m a bit biased there. Of your options as they are, though, I like [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] then Suttyn.)
Havyn [name_f]Grace[/name_f], although I’d spell it [name_u]Haven[/name_u]. Havyn looks like it should be pronounced like havin’, like the accented word having.
I don’t think those Ys are doing you any favours - they’re changing the pronunciation on most like PP pointed out. [name_u]Haven[/name_u] in particular needs the E to make the a long. It really looks like [name_u]Havin[/name_u]’.
I do like [name_u]Haven[/name_u] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] and [name_u]Sawyer[/name_u] [name_f]Jade[/name_f].
I think [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] is my pick. And just to concur with PP, I am not really a stickler about unconventional spellings but when I was reading them to myself I definitely started saying [name_u]Havin[/name_u] before I realized it was meant to be [name_u]Haven[/name_u].
[name_f]Jolie[/name_f]! That was my first pick anyway, and since your daughter is Laikyn (with a long A sound, I assume), I think [name_f]Jolie[/name_f] sounds less repetitive…and may be less confusing when you shout one daughter’s name—[name_u]Haven[/name_u] and Laikyn have similar sounds.
