Help!

Alright yall Im having my first baby girl in 2 weeks and I still cant decide on a name. I need help and advice!! My favorites are Winnie Violet and Millie. My husband isnt a fan of Winnie. Middle name would be James or Sue. I have 2 sons named Finn and Nash and i absolutely love their names and i want something that fits and flows with their names. Im so indecisive that im driving myself crazy. It would be nice to hear an outside perspective

Edit: Thanks to everyones different perspectives I have narrowed it down to Violet and Millie. Which will make my husband happy bc Winnie was his least favorite. I appreciate everyones suggestions but ive had 9 months and have considered every name. Girl names have been terribly hard for me. Middle names are still Sue or James. Sue isnt my favorite but its my husbands grandma’s name and i know it would make him happy. James would be after my dad.

Could you find something that your husband loves and that could be shortened to [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] or [name_f]Millie[/name_f]?
I know an [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] nn [name_f]Millie[/name_f]
[name_f]Winona[/name_f] comes to mind for [name_f]Winnie[/name_f]

There’s a lot of other options too

I would say [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] would be my top pick🤍

What about [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] ? Nn: winnie/Millie/Billie/Mina

[name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] would be stunning

I like [name_f]Willa[/name_f] with the boys names. [name_f]Stella[/name_f] could be a nice addition too :sparkles:

[name_f]Millie[/name_f] is my fave of your list. [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] would be nice! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is fabulous too - [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Sue[/name_f] is so cute!!

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] was my husbands top pick but i said no bc of personal reasons.

Great names. I’d say [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. [name_u]Finn[/name_u] and Winn(ie) could get in a bit of a rhyme pattern.

Congratulations :tada:

Honestly naming is so challenging but you’ve done brilliantly with your boys so you’ll definitely find the right one for your new addition.

I really like [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] however if your partner isn’t fan I wouldn’t go with it as a stand-alone name. You could have [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] as a nickname for [name_u]Winter[/name_u], [name_f]Winona[/name_f], [name_f]Winika[/name_f] or [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]. I think [name_u]Winter[/name_u] & [name_f]Winika[/name_f] would be great with [name_u]Finn[/name_u] & [name_m]Nash[/name_m] along with a baby born around [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] time.

[name_f]Millie[/name_f] is lovely and if your husband is a fan of this one I think she’d be a lovely option that works beautifully with [name_u]Finn[/name_u] & [name_m]Nash[/name_m]. [name_u]Finn[/name_u], [name_m]Nash[/name_m] & [name_f]Millie[/name_f] are so fun! [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] would be sweet. You could call her MJ :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

[name_f]Violet[/name_f] is another lovely option she’s actually my favourite on your list! [name_f]Violet[/name_f] is a lovely floral option very bright with gorgeous imagery. [name_f]Violet[/name_f] works well with your sibling set. I also really like her with the middle name option [name_f]Sue[/name_f].

If it was me I would take [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] & [name_f]Violet[/name_f] [name_f]Sue[/name_f] into the delivery room see if they work for her. However if you can get your husband on board with one of your [name_f]Winnie[/name_f] options I love [name_u]Winter[/name_u] & [name_f]Winika[/name_f] for a [name_u]Christmas[/name_u] baby :christmas_tree:

[name_f]Hope[/name_f] this helps

Between [name_f]Millie[/name_f] & [name_f]Violet[/name_f], I prefer [name_f]Millie[/name_f]. [name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] is really sweet. [name_f]Sue[/name_f] is not my style either, but can understand that your husband would love to honor his grandmother. What about [name_f]Susanna[/name_f]?
[name_f]Millie[/name_f] [name_f]Susanna[/name_f] is beautiful. [name_f]Susan[/name_f] and [name_f]Suzanne[/name_f] feel fresher than [name_f]Sue[/name_f].

Your boys have modern, short names. I’m wondering if a name stylistically more similar to theirs would pair better. [name_f]Cora[/name_f], [name_f]Kate[/name_f], [name_f]Mila[/name_f], [name_f]Isla[/name_f], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], & [name_u]June[/name_u] all come to mind.

I like how Finn and Nash are both one Syllable. Why not keep the honor for his Grandmother Sue and spice it up with Susanna/h then stick with a short sweet one syllable to go with your boys. For your Dad Jacqueline is from the same root from Jacob and James (meaning supplanter)

Edit: I noticed Finn ends in N and Nash starts with N. Since Nash ends in H maybe an H name (also Sue, Susan, Susannah means Lily in Hebrew)

Finn, Nash & Hope Susannah
Finn, Nash & Maeve Susan
Finn, Nash & Kate Lilly / Kate Lillian
Finn, Nash & Anne Jacqueline
