Henrik Ellis

What do you think of this name? Probably will be called [name_f]Hen[/name_f]-o or [name_m]Henri[/name_m] or short things like that around the home - I really don’t love [name_m]Rick[/name_m] as a NN. What kind of boy do you think of when you hear this name? I’m pretty convinced I love it but I do need some positive feedback before I feel like I can go for it! Wanted something uncommon in the US that was from family heritage from hubby and me.

[name_m]Henrik[/name_m] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] is great! Nice nickname options and a nice mix of soft and tougher sounds!

I love [name_m]Henrik[/name_m] [name_u]Ellis[/name_u]! So handsome.
Though I think nn [name_m]Henri[/name_m] kind of defeats the purpose of using a unique name, and it’s kind of weird to just take off a letter off a name as a nickname! What about [name_m]Huck[/name_m] or [name_m]Hank[/name_m]? [name_f]Hen[/name_f]?

Yeah I think so too - really ill just call him whatever comes naturally, usually I just shorten my families’ names into one syllable when I’m lazy :stuck_out_tongue:

I like it but it rhymes. Maybe [name_m]Henrik[/name_m] [name_m]Ezra[/name_m] instead?

I like it! [name_m]Henrik[/name_m] feels vintage and cultural whereas [name_u]Ellis[/name_u] a bit more modern and trendy. It’s a nice balance

Oh awesome! I was wanting vintage/cultural. I know [name_m]Kendrick[/name_m]/[name_m]Hendrix[/name_m] are trending right now and hoped this didn’t sound too hip
