Henry and Harvey?

My son (3 yrs) is named [name]Henry[/name] [name]Elias[/name]. We are having another boy in 5 weeks and have decided (we think) on [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Seth[/name]. I am starting to worry that they are too similar. What are your thoughts?

I think they are way too similar for siblings.

I like them together actually. Perhaps it’s because they’re both popular names in my family and I’m used to seeing them as brothers, but I wouldn’t blink an eye at [name]Henry[/name] and [name]Harvey[/name]. [name]Harvey[/name] [name]Seth[/name] is a great name.

They are a little matchey, but they don’t rhyme, and they don’t have the same end-sound (ry, vey). They sound like a cartoon duo - [name]Henry[/name] and [name]Harvey[/name]! - but I like them together. They’re both distinctive names, and I think it’s a great combination, if you don’t mind how matchey they are.

Unfortunately, as much as I love the name [name]Harvey[/name], I do think they’re too similar :frowning: [name]Henry[/name] is cute though, great choice for a firstborn <3
