A little while back you guys helped me with suggestions for a middle name for [name_m]Henry[/name_m] that is classic but less common. After running them by my husband, here is the list we’re considering, and I’d love your thoughts.
I love [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Augustus[/name_m], closely followed by [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m].
The only combination I found difficult to say aloud was [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Warren[/name_m] with its R’s and W! However, if you love [name_m]Warren[/name_m] this does not need to worry you, especially as in a different accent it may flow very well. These are my personal favourites as they add a modern vibe to [name_m]Henry[/name_m]’s classic cool:
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Archer[/name_u]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Augustus[/name_m]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Austin[/name_u]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Dane[/name_u]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Everett[/name_u]
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m]
I don’t know why [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_u]Wilder[/name_u] doesn’t quite work as a pairing for me, maybe the feel of the names is too different?
My top 3
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m]. Unexpected and flows really well.
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Augustus[/name_m]. Again, great flow and well balanced.
[name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. Both classics
