I wouldn’t assume it was made up. Listed (though I don’t trust our dictionary) as a form of https://nameberry.com/babyname/girl/[name]Zaria[/name] I have to say I prefer that. I really don’t like variant spellings to make a name look Hebrew that isn’t.
