I like this combo too! Thanks!! Although I would hope to avoid [name_m]Hans[/name_m] as a nickname. [name_m]Hans[/name_m] [name_m]Franz[/name_m] is not doing it for me.
[name_m]Christopher[/name_m] [name_m]Franz[/name_m] I think is a great match with your older son and a great name for both languages. I like that both [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and [name_m]Christopher[/name_m] are really international (i.e. you can’t really guess where the person is from) but both [name_m]Josef[/name_m] and [name_m]Franz[/name_m] have a very [name_m]German[/name_m] flavour.
[name_m]Alexander[/name_m] [name_m]Josef[/name_m] and [name_m]Henry[/name_m] [name_m]Franz[/name_m] or [name_m]Johannes[/name_m] [name_u]Porter[/name_u]. [name_m]William[/name_m] [name_u]Porter[/name_u] is also nice but I think the balance of a [name_m]German[/name_m] name/spelling paired with an English name is more memorable and charming.
