Hmmmm

OK so somebody else (i cant remember the user name) has been talking about the name [name]Remi[/name], and i [name]LOVE[/name] it, however only as a nickname. I believe that the first poster said something about wanting a full name for the nickname of [name]Remi[/name] or [name]Remy[/name], but just to ask again does anybody have any? I think its the sweetest little nickname! Thanks!

Thats a good question, I have no idea what the full name to [name]Remi[/name]/[name]Remy[/name] would be but i think it is a strong enough name that could work as a full name. I like it and know a [name]Remi[/name] that loves her name

Well with the list that me and hubby have, [name]Remi[/name]/[name]Remy[/name] as its self doesnt really fit. And hubby says its not “complete” i asked KGB’d what full names for it could be and came up with like Remilyn, Remily, and other stuff like that so i have been tring to find more serious older style classic R names that could use the nickname [name]Remi[/name]/[name]Remy[/name]

I think someone one here was talking about a friend who has daughters named [name]Prudence[/name] (nn [name]Prue[/name]) and [name]Remember[/name] ([name]Remy[/name] / [name]Remi[/name]) and after consulting the Nameberry community, decided to call her third daughter [name]Verity[/name] (nn [name]Vera[/name])

What about [name]Ramona[/name]?

Is this the forum you were looking for?

I think [name]Remi[/name] could work as a nn for [name]Romilly[/name] and of course [name]Remington[/name], though I see that more a a boys name. I really like the suggestion of [name]Remember[/name]

All these are a little out there but how about…:

Eremita - Spanish name meaning desert
Kerem - Hebrew name meaning Vineyard
Iverem - [name]African[/name] name meaning Blessings (my personal fav! pronounced ee-va-rem)
Prema - Sanksrit name meaning love or affection
Remaziah - Hebrew meaning a sign from Jehovah

Personally I think [name]Remi[/name] is great on its own and it the name of a younger cousin of mine but I know how it is finding names that fit with your other fav names!

Good luck

Hehe I was that mysterious poster! I got a lot of good suggestions, one of them that really struck me was [name]Remember[/name], nn [name]Remi[/name]. Although it’s cute, I don’t think I would ever be able to use it!

Another one I got was Remielle. It sounds so french and sophisticated, though I don’t think I would ever use it.

Good luck!

Woops I may have been the second poster, I just looked up the post someone said and it wasn’t mine… But I was recently talking about it!

Oh Remielle is pretty, how would it be pronounced?
And yes i remember now you were my mystery poster:) lol, but yea [name]Remember[/name] would be cute, but i dont think im daring enough.

What about:

[name]Rosemary[/name]
[name]Romola[/name]
[name]Ramona[/name]
[name]Miriam[/name]

Or something like [name]REbecca[/name] [name]MIreille[/name]…
