Holly, Lucas and?

Hello all,

We are expecting number 3 to join [name_f]Holly[/name_f] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] [name_m]Albert[/name_m]. Surname Footer. So, without further ado, the lists!!!

Boys: (suggestions welcome here)
[name_m]Warren[/name_m] [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] (we, and everyone I’ve asked around our area, pronounce as woh-ren, as in where a rabbit lives!)
[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u]

Girls: (middle name swapping very welcome)
[name_f]April[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_f]Julia[/name_f]
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f]
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]

Honest opinions please!
Thankyou [name_f]Betty[/name_f]

Any thoughts?

With [name_f]Holly[/name_f] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m], I like…

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f] - for its spunk
[name_f]Mabel[/name_f] - for its vintage charm
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] - for its classic beauty
[name_f]Rachel[/name_f] - for its depth and Biblical history

With your surname, I think [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] flow the best. The crisp “t” in [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] and the hard “b” in [name_f]Mabel[/name_f] sound a little clunky with Footer.

Other Suggestions (based on your surname and plder children’s names)

[name_f]Stella[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f]
[name_f]Leah[/name_f]
[name_f]Grace[/name_f]
[name_f]Lila[/name_f]

On the boys side, [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] would be my choice (if you don’t mind the similar “s” ending with [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]). If [name_m]Lucas[/name_m] goes by [name_m]Luke[/name_m] and [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is going to be called [name_m]Tom[/name_m] or [name_m]Tommy[/name_m], it’s not a huge issue. [name_m]Warren[/name_m] is still tied to the actor [name_m]Warren[/name_m] Beatty for me (and I’m not a fan). Also, [name_m]Warren[/name_m] and [name_m]Benjamin[/name_m] both end in “n”.

Other Suggestions

[name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m]
[name_u]Owen[/name_u]
[name_m]Eli[/name_m]
[name_m]Colin[/name_m]
[name_m]Aaron[/name_m]
[name_m]Jack[/name_m]

[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u] is drenched in sophistication. I love it. [name_m]Warren[/name_m] is just a little plain in my opinion. I don’t like it with your other children’s names, either. [name_m]Thomas[/name_m], however, fits right on in there, nice and snuggly with [name_f]Holly[/name_f] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m]

I do like [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_f]Julia[/name_f] and [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] [name_f]Isobel[/name_f]. They are beautiful. My favorite would be [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] [name_f]Amelia[/name_f], though, because the “ch” in [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], and “J” in [name_f]Julia[/name_f] just don’t meld well for me.

Congratulations!

I love [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Elliot[/name_u], but the first thing that popped in my mind was [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_m]Edison[/name_m]. Not a deal-breaker though. I agree with mischa. [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] is spunky. I like it a lot with [name_f]Holly[/name_f] and [name_m]Lucas[/name_m].
