[name_f]Isobel[/name_f] - I really love this spelling, especially with the less common nn [name_u]Izzy[/name_u].
[name_u]Eloise[/name_u] - [name_u]Love[/name_u] this as well, it doesn’t seem frilly or spoiled to me like some think it is. I like the feel of the name, it’s very elegant and sweet, but not too soft.
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] - I’ve never cared for [name_f]Matilda[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Tilly[/name_f], and [name_u]Matty[/name_u]'s alright, but the full name still feels immature and clunky to me.
[name_f]Lucia[/name_f] (loo-see-ah) - I love [name_f]Lucia[/name_f], especially with the loo-see-ah pronunciation. It’s very delicate, but also a lot stronger than slightly less substantial [name_f]Lucy[/name_f].
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] - i really dislike this name, even though I can recognize why people use it. To me, it just sounds sort of simpering and whiny almost.
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] - Never been a fan of [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f], or [name_f]Nora[/name_f], that family of names doesn’t appeal to me. I get that it’s classic and pretty, but it’s not my style.
[name_f]Amelia[/name_f] - Slightly prefer [name_f]Emilia[/name_f], but [name_f]Amelia[/name_f] is lovely as well. It’s a little more distinct than [name_f]Emily[/name_f] or [name_f]Emma[/name_f], but with the same sweet, classic sound.
[name_f]Felicity[/name_f] - [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] sounds a little immature to me, but it’s not that bad.
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] - I really don’t like [name_f]Phoebe[/name_f], especially the double e sound. It’s the kind of name I’d give to a pet because of the funny sound, but not a human.
[name_f]Eilidh[/name_f] (ay-lee) - I’m sure I’d butcher the pronunciation just looking at it (I tend to do that), but I love the sound. Very pretty.
[name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] - To be honest, I love any [name_f]Rose[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosalind[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosamund[/name_f]/[name_f]Rosalyn[/name_f] name, and [name_f]Rosalia[/name_f] is no exception. It’s gorgeous.
[name_f]Zoe[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Zoe[/name_f]'s spunk and slightly quirky, yet classic sound. It’s short and sweet, but not soft, definitely lively and energetic.
[name_f]Azalea[/name_f] - A little too offbeat for me.
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f], even though I prefer the overused, but still beautiful [name_f]Jennifer[/name_f]. [name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] is classic and feminine, but substantial and strong, with plenty of nickname options.
[name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] - I really like melodic [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f]. It’s fun to say, with the plus of the adorable nicknames [name_f]Lulu[/name_f], [name_f]Lula[/name_f], and [name_f]Lola[/name_f]. It’s strong and spunky, great for a little girl, teenager, and adult.
[name_f]Everleigh[/name_f] - I love [name_u]Everly[/name_u], it’s feminine, but modern and spunky, but I really dislike the over complicated spelling [name_f]Everleigh[/name_f].
[name_f]Rebecca[/name_f] - My name! I can tell you from experience that it’s not bad at all. I like [name_f]Becky[/name_f] and [name_f]Becca[/name_f], slightly prefer [name_f]Becca[/name_f], and even though it’s kind of dated and not particularly unique, it’s a perfectly good name. Hardly ever misspelled or made fun of.
[name_f]Leila[/name_f] (I like both pronunciations) - I have a bad association, but in sound alone, both lay-luh and lee-luh are beautiful. I prefer lay-luh by a tiny bit. [name_f]Leila[/name_f] has that wonderful double L sound, without the delicate and slightly cutesy sound of [name_f]Lily[/name_f].
[name_u]Harper[/name_u] - One of a few ‘trendy’ unisex names I like, along with [name_u]Piper[/name_u] and [name_u]Bailey[/name_u]. It’s plucky, but not too much, just the right balance of spunk and sweetness.
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] - A little dull, but gentle, bright-eyed, and charmingly simple. I like it, but wouldn’t use it myself.
[name_f]Zara[/name_f] - Very unique, but pretty.
