Honest opinions on my list! :)

Hello all! I am hoping to get honest (but kind) opinions on our baby girl list. Big sister is [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Adele[/name_f]. [name_m]New[/name_m] baby girl is going to be [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (we are 99% sure anyways…lol) We are still considering our options and aren’t checking anything off the list yet! Thanks!

[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]…front runner for sure. Family name, classic, romantic without being frilly, beautiful…nn are plentiful!

[name_f]Rose[/name_f]…my mothers favorite name. She has passed so I would like to use this somewhere to honor her. I love it simplicity and nature names.

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f]…hubby loves this names. It is beautiful. But I don’t like nn [name_u]Izzy[/name_u]/[name_f]Bella[/name_f]…hubby does. I prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] (I think! ha!)

[name_f]Vivianne[/name_f]…my mother and grandmothers name (although neither now when by it) I love this name!! I love the nn [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]. I think it’s so sweet and goes will with [name_f]Sophia[/name_f]…[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivi[/name_f]!

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f]…hubby is suddenly liking this one. I also think it’s beautiful but I’m not wire I love it. I do like that fact that we could still use the nn [name_f]Vivi[/name_f] to honer family.

[name_f]Norah[/name_f]…this is a name I just can’t seem to let go of. I love it…sweet, unused, rolls off the tongue and had a great meaning. [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Norah[/name_f] sound like sisters to me. Hubby loves nn’s so I love to hear options for that!

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]…this is a names that has a lot of personal meaning to me. NN [name_u]Charlie[/name_u]/[name_f]Lottie[/name_f]/[name_f]Coco[/name_f] maybe? This is another names I can’t let go of! I just looove it!

HEEELLLPPPP!!!
Thanks so much! I appreciate your opinions!

Goodness! You really can’t go wrong with any of your names. They are all lovely. I would drop [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] simply due to popularity. I literally hear this one every time I leave the house. My favs are [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Rose[/name_f], [name_f]Norah[/name_f], and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f].

[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Adele[/name_f] and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] are lovely together
I also really like [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Norah[/name_f]
[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Rose[/name_f]

Well as someone above posted you can’t wrong with any of these choices. There are all really beautiful.
The only negative thing and I say this as someone who doesn’t care about this thing and who doesn’t actually dislike any of the choices you have in front of you, is popularity.
The numbers in the USA, which I assume you are from unless otherwise are as follows:
Out of the top 100 you names rank as follows:
[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] is #3 and used to be #1. [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f] without the a is #126.
[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] is #4 and has been in the top 10 for a long time. It’s gorgeous, but very popular.
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] spelled like this is #10. It just made it into the 2012 top ten by 1 birth. Ironically I know a little [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] born in 2012. It’s also super popular, but has lots of nickname.
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] is #19 and rising. It has top ten potential.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] without the h is #107 and rising. It will be top 100 this year. When you say the name, the h doesn’t affect pronunciation. [name_f]Norah[/name_f] with the h is number #210 and jumped 52 slots last from #262. She’s less popular than your other names, but by no means rare especially if you add spellings.
[name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] I never seen that spelling. I have seen [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] and [name_u]Vivien[/name_u] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. It’s interesting.
[name_u]Vivian[/name_u] spelled like this is #140
[name_u]Vivien[/name_u] this spelling left the 1000 in 1941.
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] spelled like this is #322 and rising. It jumped 60 places last year.
[name_f]Rose[/name_f] is #260 and rising.

I think all of your names choices are wonderful.
My favorites are [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f], [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f], and [name_f]Rose[/name_f]. I don’t think of any your name choices are rare or underused and the ones that are less popular are rising so to be very used soon. Still I think your choices are lovely. I also like [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] for you although I understand if you prefer something else.
Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m]!

[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] [name_f]Adele[/name_f] is very pretty. You obviously don’t have any issue with name popularity. Here are my thoughts on your name list with my faves in bold.

[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - classic and timeless with loads of nicknames.

[name_f]Rose[/name_f] - I like this name as a first name rather than just a “filler” mn. I can overlook the “So-[name_f]Ro[/name_f]” beginnings since the name honours your late mother.

[name_f]Isabella[/name_f] - beautiful but predictable. [name_m]How[/name_m] many families have the same sibset of [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] (the two top names in the US for years now. I prefer [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] or [name_f]Isobel[/name_f].

[name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] - I prefer the [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] spelling but if this spelling honours family then go for it!

[name_f]Olivia[/name_f] - pretty but predictable. [name_m]How[/name_m] many families have [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f]. I don’t like the shared “ia” endings either.

[name_f]Norah[/name_f] - I prefer the the original [name_f]Nora[/name_f] spelling. So and No aren’t ideal.

[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]: - My favourite on your list. Elegant and ladylike and an added bonus is that it has meaning for you. I love [name_f]Lottie[/name_f] for a nickname.

I agree with @[name_u]Mischa[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is much more fresher as a first name every second kid on the block has [name_f]Grace[/name_f], [name_f]Marie[/name_f] or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] as a middle. All very lovely, classic names on your list but I think [name_f]Norah[/name_f] is the freshest and I like the spelling you choose.

I love the idea of using [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] to honor your family.

My favorite combo would be [name_f]Norah[/name_f] [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] or [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] [name_f]Norah[/name_f]. I can’t think of a nn for [name_f]Norah[/name_f] but you could use [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] nn [name_f]Nora[/name_f]. [name_f]Eleanora[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is beautiful.

I also like [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] too. [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is sweet. I love the nickname [name_f]Coco[/name_f] for [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]. It’s very cute.

I like [name_f]Isabella[/name_f] and [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] but the popularity personally bothers me.

You have a really great list! I would personally go with either [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] or [name_f]Rose[/name_f] up front. [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] would be so sweet. I think [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] lacks a bit of spunk in comparison to your other names.

[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] is nice- but [name_f]Vivianne[/name_f] ( or other spelling variants ) would be my choice. Honors relatives and is an awesome name.

Oh I’m partial to [name_f]Norah[/name_f]. I have a [name_f]Sophia[/name_f] and [name_f]Nora[/name_f], and I love them both so much! I am having a hard time picking out a 3rd name (boy and girl) that I love as much. Good [name_m]Luck[/name_m]! All are very pretty.

nn for [name_f]Norah[/name_f]? I can’t help there- I don’t think [name_f]Norah[/name_f] needs a nn

Thanks for the responses everyone! It is such a hard choice. Seems like most of you prefer [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. I am pretty sure we will be sticking with it…and have a back up just in case! Thanks so much!

Dose anyone have an opinion on the NN [name_f]Zuzu[/name_f] for [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]? I think it might work!
