Honest opinions!

What do berries think of the name Kimimela? It means butterfly and we love it!! Does anyone have middle name ideas, not pregnant just planning for the future!

I’ve never heard of it- I think it’s a little confusing upon first glance. Not a huge fan, but could be better with a nickname. I think the name in your signature - [name_f]Louisa[/name_f] Wildrose- I stunning, though!

Looks and sounds awkward.

Was this the same same from the other day? I agree with pp’s just not a fan.

I’m not a fan of Kimimela’s sound, it’s rather awkward. I like the meaning though!

I think it’s pretty and I like the meaning, but I wouldn’t use it unless I was part of the culture it comes from.

I don’t care for it. Sorry!

Honestly, it looks so awkward to say. I had to stare at it and break it up into the letter groups to get my head around it… and even then I don’t know if I am saying it right! Sorry. I think it would be a no go - too confusing, and sentencing a child to a life of “wait… what’s your name?” and “can you spell that again??”

If you like that specific meaning though, other names that mean ‘butterfly’ include:
[name_f]Kimana[/name_f] - [name_f]Shoshone[/name_f] (Native American)
[name_f]Mariposa[/name_f] - Spanish
[name_f]Yara[/name_f] - Arabic
Aponi - Native American
Panambi - African
[name_f]Nova[/name_f] - Native American (“chases butterflies”)
[name_f]Vanessa[/name_f] (does not mean butterfly, nut is a species of butterfly)

It’s not really my style, but I do like the name in your signature ([name_f]Louisa[/name_f] Wildrose)

I think it has pretty sounds but this actual form is awkward. [name_u]Love[/name_u] to see it simplified somehow.

I don’t like Kimimela but [name_u]Mel[/name_u] is really cute because it means honey. I like the middle name Wildrose.

I think [name_f]Kimi[/name_f] or [name_f]Mim[/name_f] are cute nicknames for it. But I did find myself tripping over the name a bit at first [name_u]Kim[/name_u]-im-ela. It is nice, and different. Some people may struggle though.

please don’t. reminds me of kimchi?
