Honoring 3 family names?

Hello,

I was thinking yesterday about how many of you berries use the MN spot to honor family members. To me, this has never been terribly important but I started to think that it would be cool to honor the last names of our family through our children’s middle names (that way you don’t have to choose various family members to honor, instead you’re honoring a whole “side” of your family.) I’ve aways wanted 3 kids, which would work out perfectly because each child would honor either my mom’s side, my dad’s side, or my boyfriend’s mom’s side (his dad’s side will be their last name).

Here are the three last names:
[name]Calisto[/name]
Morken
[name]Carlson[/name]

Can you brilliant berries come up with some names I could use (for boys or girls) to honor those three names?

It’s tough because I have some ideas but most of them aren’t really my style ([name]Carl[/name], [name]Morgan[/name], etc.)

Thanks in advance!

[name]Calisto[/name]: [name]Callisto[/name], [name]Calliope[/name], [name]Calla[/name], [name]Callista[/name], [name]Calypso[/name], Calluna, [name]Calvin[/name], [name]Calum[/name],
Morken: [name]Morena[/name], [name]Morag[/name], Moran, Morien, [name]Morgana[/name]
[name]Carlsen[/name]: [name]Carla[/name], [name]Carlito[/name], [name]Carlisle[/name], [name]Carmen[/name], [name]Carmel[/name]

I would give them the original family name as their middle name. That way, they would have a very unique mn and it would be an obvious way to honour the family -I mean, all the family members would get it without having it explained to them.
For example:
[name]Eden[/name] [name]Callisto[/name] [name]Quince[/name]
[name]Lux[/name] Morken [name]Quince[/name]
[name]Everett[/name] [name]Carlsen[/name] [name]Quince[/name]
 (I used your user name as your family name just as an example)

I kind of like the idea of just using the original names themselves. [name]Carlson[/name], for one, is an actual given name anyway. Looks like [name]Calisto[/name] is too, because it’s hyperlinked. I think the best way to honor someone with a name is to use the actual name itself. Another idea is to just use the initial (well, since there are two C names in your family, I guess it would only work for Morken: [name]John[/name] M [name]Doe[/name]). His middle name could just be the letter. For [name]Calisto[/name] you could just use “[name]Cal[/name].”
