My mother and father each have a grandmother whom they were very close to. I would love to one day honor them as a set since picking one would be odd not knowing if I’d get a chance to use the other. I’ve toyed with the idea of naming a child (girl or boy) after both women. Their names were [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Mona[/name_f] to her family) and [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f].
I don’t love the obvious combos, mostly because they don’t excite me as first names, though [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f] was a top contender for my last baby:
Juliette [name_f]Dorothy[/name_f]
[name_f]Dorothy[/name_f] [name_f]Juliette[/name_f]
[name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_u]Jules[/name_u] (not a fan of [name_u]Julian[/name_u])
[name_u]Jules[/name_u] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]
So I bring you a puzzle. What are some other creative ways to honor these two matriarchs?
