I’d really like to name my next daughter after my two grandmothers, [name_f]Betty[/name_f] and [name_f]Winifred[/name_f]. Problem is I like word names/place names and less known names.
Our daughters name is [name_u]Scout[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u]. I’d like a first name or middle to be a word name. I was thinking [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] [name_u]Love[/name_u] or…something.
Does anyone have any combo ideas?
(Note, [name_f]Betty[/name_f] is just [name_f]Betty[/name_f], not short for anything and I’d prefer not to go [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] and call her [name_f]Betty[/name_f] as I know two new born [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]’s!)
(Also, I don’t really like [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] as a name, so would prefer it as a middle)
[name_f]Betty[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] are a bit of a style mismatch, so I wouldn’t use it as a
first name. Something like [name_u]Sage[/name_u] [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] sounds fine to me
Maybe [name_f]Bethany[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Betty[/name_f] or [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]?
I think [name_f]Betty[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] sound cute together!
I like when one is more feminine and one is more masculine.
I personally don’t like 2 middle names in a name, but if that’s what you like, then I say go for it!

[name_f]Betty[/name_f] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] are cute together and [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_f]Winifred[/name_f] [name_u]Love[/name_u] is nice but some other ideas could be:
[name_u]Scout[/name_u] [name_u]Valentine[/name_u] is absolutely amazing I love it. Would you be willing to use an honor name that isnt their given names? All of my middles are actually honor names.

As pp mentioned you don’t have to have the exact name for it to be an honour name, I have [name_f]Leonie[/name_f] on my list to honour both of my grandmothers and my mum who are all [name_m]Leo[/name_m]’s. Otherwise I love the suggestion of [name_u]Winter[/name_u] [name_f]Betty[/name_f] [name_u]Love[/name_u], [name_u]Winter[/name_u] and [name_u]Scout[/name_u] really go together stylistically.
