My husband and I are having the hardest time coming up with boy names. We are not finding out the gender. We have decided on [name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name] if it is a girl. We are considering [name]Nolan[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] for a boy.
[name]Thomas[/name] is my husband’s family’s traditional middle name so no matter what the middle name will be [name]Thomas[/name]. Our last name is very British and sounds like Waffle. He is English and Irish. I’m Irish, [name]German[/name], French, and a bunch of other stuff.
We’re open to suggestions! We get so mad at each other trying to pick a name I’m afraid we’ll end up having to call the kid Divorce because naming it may cause us to consider it (I’m just kidding about the whole divorce thing).
I think [name]Henry[/name] is the most promising on the list. Here is my reasoning - not to be a pain in the butt but to demonstrate how my husband and I evaluate names. Its funny that you picked out [name]David[/name] because that his dad’s name and he wants our kid to have a first name that has not been used before in his family.
I love [name]Declan[/name] and he hates it. He loves [name]Brody[/name] but I work with someone whose last name is [name]Brody[/name] and he ruined the name for me. [name]Griffin[/name] reminds me of Family [name]Guy[/name]. I like [name]Alexander[/name] and [name]Jack[/name] but they are a bit too popular.
[name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name] is beautiful! [name]Nolan[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] is very nice as well. [name]Henry[/name] [name]Thomas[/name] would be a great option too. Here are some boy names that fit with the style you seem to like:
I like both [name]Cecilia[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name] & [name]Nolan[/name] [name]Thomas[/name]. (I have a lovely Aunt [name]Cecilia[/name], btw.) If I had to make a change, I would replace [name]Nolan[/name], but it’s really not bad.
