I would choose [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] (nn [name_f]Lula[/name_f]), and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] (nn [name_u]Val[/name_u]).
Saskia - I know one (she’s late 30’s)
Alexis / [name_f]Alexia[/name_f] - I don’t know any, but I do know an [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] and an Alexey… I think by default any [name_u]Alex[/name_u]- names comes off as popular.
Carolina - I know a couple of older [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]’s, bit this has a bit of an exotic twist to it.
Eulalia - None. I think this is definitely the least common on your list.
Valentina - None, but it does feel familiar.
Elea - None. I’ve not see this before.

Of your names I don’t know anyone except a 4 year old [name_u]Lexie[/name_u] - that’s her full name. I’m in the UK by the way. We seem to like our nicknames as full names.
I know about 10 Alexises, I know one person who spells it Carolena (same pronunciation) along with many named Carolyn or Caroline. I know one person who spells their name Elia with what I believe is the same pronunciation. I don’t know any of the rest of the names.
And my favorites are Saskia, Carolina, and Eulalia.
Saskia: don’t know or know of any
[name_u]Alexis[/name_u]: I don’t know anyone who goes by [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] but I know about a million [name_u]Alex[/name_u]/Alexandra/Alexander of both genders.
[name_f]Carolina[/name_f]: I know two, plus several Carolines.
[name_f]Eulalia[/name_f]: I know one teenage [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] who goes by [name_f]Laia[/name_f], plus my great-grandma who was born in 1895 and died in the 1990s who was a [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] who went by [name_f]Loula[/name_f].
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f]: don’t know any personally
[name_f]Alexia[/name_f]: Same as [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]
[name_f]Elea[/name_f]: never even heard of this name before, don’t know any

My favorites from your list with [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] are [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] and [name_f]Alexia[/name_f] or [name_f]Elea[/name_f].
Saskia and [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] would be fantastic together!
Those two are incredibly uncommon, and the others…
[name_u]Alexis[/name_u] – Pretty common, but I hear [name_u]Lexi[/name_u] more (as a standalone and as a nn for [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]/Alexa/Alexandra which are all fairly common amongst my generation).
[name_f]Carolina[/name_f] – Not common at all. Never met one or heard of one irl.
[name_f]Valentina[/name_f] – Not common, but not unheard of.
[name_f]Alexia[/name_f] – Not common at all, but could get lost in the sea of Alexas/Alexandras.
Eléa – Totally unheard of where I’m from.
Saskia - not common at all i think I’ve only ever heard of two Saskias
Alexis - again not common I know a couple of [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]
Carolina - not popular where I am beautiful name! I’ve never met a [name_f]Carolina[/name_f] only the character from princess diaries (played by [name_f]Abigail[/name_f] [name_u]Breslin[/name_u])
Eulalia - never met one but I have met a [name_f]Laia[/name_f] (the Spanish dm)
Valentina - becoming more popular I know of a few people calling there children this. It’s also the name of a beanie buddy
Alexia - sane as [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]
Elea - never met one or heard of one
I think [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] go best together
I’ve heard none of these names in person.
However, I do know ALOT of [name_u]Alex[/name_u]’s. Its become a very overused prefix in my opinion.
The only one I’ve met before was [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] and I swear I know dozens lol. It was so popular the year I was born so I heard it all the time growing up.
I know one adult [name_f]Saskia[/name_f].
I know 3 teenage girls called [name_u]Alexis[/name_u].

[name_u]Alexis[/name_u] - I’ve heard of many Alexises, all in their teens, but I’ve never personally met one. I know lots of people with variants to the name though. I know an [name_f]Alexia[/name_f], and severel [name_u]Lexis[/name_u].

I live in the NW US and have never met nor heard of a [name_f]Saskia[/name_f]. I know multiple [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]’s and [name_f]Alexias[/name_f], 1 Carolia, 1 [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] and no Eulalias or Eleas.
My top 3 of these are [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], [name_f]Carolina[/name_f] and [name_f]Alexia[/name_f] but for a sibset [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] and [name_f]Carolina[/name_f] are too rhyming so maybe [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] instead of [name_f]Carolina[/name_f].
The only two I would say are really popular where I live (US) is [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] and [name_f]Alexia[/name_f]. I don’t know any Carolinas, but I know a lot of Carolines. I have never met nor heard of anyone IRL with the names [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f], [name_f]Valentina[/name_f], or [name_f]Elea[/name_f].
As for a sibset with [name_f]Saskia[/name_f], I would probably go with [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] and…maybe [name_f]Elea[/name_f]. I’m not loving the similar -ia endings of [name_f]Eulalia[/name_f] and [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] as sisters and think [name_f]Carolina[/name_f] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f]’s endings are also too similar. While [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]/Alexia are nice, they seem like a very different style to [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] and [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] and while I’m typically not opposed to that, [name_u]Alexis[/name_u]/Alexia feels dated to me, especially when paired with relatively unknown [name_f]Saskia[/name_f] and flowy romantic [name_f]Valentina[/name_f] - though it may not feel dated to you depending on where you live.
