How do you feel about this name/combo?

What kind of vibe / thoughts do you get from Ivy Diana? Do you like Ivy? Because it’s so short does it feel nicknameless? This one is growing on my partner and I!

middle is for my late mother! Thank you!

I think [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] and [name_f]Diana[/name_f] sound like they belong together. It’s probably that long I sound that they share. [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] gives me a spirited, outdoorsy feel. I do like [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] a lot. You could have various nn’s, such as [name_f]Vi[/name_f], Vee, [name_f]Idy[/name_f] (from her initials).

It feels spirited and sophisticated. [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] brings to mind resilience and vitality. [name_f]Diana[/name_f] feels strong and regal, and makes me think of the [name_m]Roman[/name_m] goddess of the hunt. All around, a powerful combination with ties to nature. I like [name_u]Ivy[/name_u]. It feels nicknameless - but I think that’s a good thing.

Nicknameless yes, but that isn’t a bad thing. I think it’s beautiful and is perfect as it is. Gives old money vibes. Bookish, curious, & adventurous personality.

Personally I have slightly gone off [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] I find that she’s just boomed in popularity and feels so trendy and a little bit lacklustre. I also struggle to get passed the poison [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] and IV line. It’s odd as I used to dig [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] but I’ve massively gone off her. I prefer [name_f]Iris[/name_f] which is another plant name that just feels prettier, calmer and has lovely rainbow connotations or even [name_f]Eve[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Eve[/name_f] is a lovely underused alternative to [name_u]Ivy[/name_u].

[name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] is lovely! Nicknames or at least shortened names always appear. I love [name_m]Ives[/name_m] as a nn.

[name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] sounds nice together. I like the nature aspect of [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] with the [name_f]Goddess[/name_f] [name_f]Diana[/name_f]. [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] has gotten too popular for my tastes, I feel like I see it everywhere but it is a pretty name.

[name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] is stunning! [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] is lighthearted and friendly and the classic, stately [name_f]Diana[/name_f] in the middle really grounds it. I love the chiming long-i vowel sounds, too.

I think [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] is gorgeous. It’s a name I’d like to have myself.

[name_u]Ivy[/name_u] is virtually nickname-less, but I know if it were my daughter I’d end up calling her [name_m]Ives[/name_m] a lot.

[name_u]Ivy[/name_u] [name_f]Diana[/name_f] is sharp and strong - I like it! It feels powerful and beautiful, but also friendly and approachable at the same time.

I have a friend called [name_u]Ivy[/name_u] and she sometimes gets called nicknames that are more about extending her name (Ivysaur, Poison Ivy) rather that same like [name_u]Ive[/name_u]

I like this combination a lot!

Thanks for your kind comments
