How do you feel about this name on a little red-headed princess?

My SO and I are trying to conceive and just throwing around name options right now. In all probability our perspective daughter will have either red hair and brown eyes like her daddy (and all his siblings), blonde hair and blue-gray eyes like her mommy, or a combination of the two. Not that genetics and hair colors and such really matter all that much; it’s just fun to think about. Anyway, what do you guys think about [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tati[/name]?

[name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tati[/name] is sweet. Tahti is Finnish for ‘star’. I might opt for [name]Tatiana[/name].

[name]Brenna[/name] isn’t bad, though I prefer [name]Bryn[/name] or [name]Bronwen[/name]. [name]Brenna[/name] sounds a little too close to [name]Brenda[/name] for me. [name]Tati[/name], I believe, is a nickname for [name]Tatiana[/name], which I’m not a huge fan of. I love [name]Bronwen[/name] [name]Titania[/name].

I don’t really like [name]Brenna[/name] either, for the same reason cited above, and that it doesn’t seem to go too well with [name]Tati[/name]. But I do love [name]Tati[/name], or even [name]Tatiana[/name]; they both have a sweet but spunky feel. Maybe:

[name]Lana[/name]
[name]Vera[/name]
[name]Rena[/name]
[name]Lola[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name]
[name]Anna[/name]
[name]Leire[/name] ([name]Lay[/name]-ray)

[name]Brenna[/name] is pretty, I have read several books with a heroine of [name]Brenna[/name] and she is always kind, independent, and strong, although I prefer it with middle name [name]Tatiana[/name] instead of [name]Tati[/name].

[name]Brenna[/name] is pretty. Not sure about [name]Tati[/name].

[name]Brenna[/name] is very pretty but will always remind me of a spoiled child on toddlers and tiaras. [name]Tati[/name] sounds a little weird to me I prefer [name]Tatiana[/name]. [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tatiana[/name] sounds very classy.

My brothers nickname was [name]Tati[/name] and so was my male cousin. It was a shortened nickname for muchacho. So for me I associate the name with a boy. [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tatiana[/name], [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tallulah[/name], [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tiana[/name], are alternatives

I think [name]Brenna[/name] is a very cute name! I can see it on both a red haired/brown eyed girl and a blonde/blue-grey eyed girl
I personally am not a big fan of the name [name]Tati[/name], and I think the flow of [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tati[/name] is a little bit off.

[name]Brenna[/name] is nms so it’s hard for me to judge objectively on that.

I actually rather like [name]Tati[/name] on a boy. It’s a French Polynesian boys name so it seems odd on a girl.

Sorry to be such a [name]Debbie[/name]-Downer.

I love [name]Brenna[/name]! It sounds like it belongs on a little redhead! [name]Tati[/name] I’m on the fence with. It sounds like a nickname and kind of unfinished to me but it’s not bad! It’s definitely cute!

Other suggestions that I think are cute:

[name]Brenna[/name] [name]Poppy[/name]

[name]Brenna[/name] [name]Astrid[/name]

[name]Brenna[/name] [name]Daisy[/name]

[name]Brenna[/name] [name]Elizabeth[/name]

I personally wouldn’t go for [name]Tati[/name], but it’s in the middle name spot, so not really important. [name]Brenna[/name] is a little…not even vanilla. Wheat thins for me. If wheat thins were an adjective to describe a name. Probably not helpful. I guess what I mean is. What do I mean? Okay. [name]Even[/name] though [name]Brenna[/name] is not a common name by any means, it kind of feels like the name of someone who is always standing in the back of the room. That said, it’s completely inoffensive. And people imbue their names with personality. So, basically, if you’re attached to it, it’s a respectable choice, and your daughter is sure to put her own stamp on it.

I think [name]Brenna[/name]'s just fine, not my style but a respectable name. Does [name]Tati[/name] have some significance?

I think [name]Brenna[/name] is nice (a nice way to honor a familial [name]Brenda[/name] or [name]Brendan[/name]) but not spectacular. If you like [name]Tati[/name] I would use it with a longer first name or use [name]Brenna[/name] with a middle that is either 1 or 3 syllables or 2 syllables that doesn’t end in a vowel. I think [name]Brenna[/name] [name]Tati[/name] flows really weirdly. Also I think [name]Brenna[/name] sounds better with a more feminine middle.
