Ailinel is a name invented by Tolkien. I like it a lot.
In my head I say it like EYE-lee-nell but I’d like to hear how you would say it.

my instinctive pronunciation would be ah-EE-lee-nel
AE-lynn-ell? (ae pronounced like the letter A, aka the vowel in parAde or clAY)
Eye-lin-nell would be my guess
EYE-leh-nell or AY-leh-nell. Emphasis on the first syllable either way.
Eye-len-ehl
Ae-lynn-elle
Ailinel is one of my absolute favorites!! so beautiful, bright, magical, and ethereal.
the first syllable is definitely ‘eye,’ and you’re also correct with the stress being on the first syllable. Depending on who you’re asking, the second ‘i’ is either pronounced ‘ee’ or ‘ih.’ So either EYE-lih-nel or EYE-lee-nel. In Quenya, the ‘i’ is usually pronounced as ‘ee’, but there are some cases where it’s said closer to ‘ih’!
I pronounce it almost like a mix between the two I say the second syllable quickly, so it’s ‘ee’ but bordering on ‘ih’!!
EYE-lee-nell, maybe more like EYE-lih-nell in [name_f]English[/name_f].
Ay-lynn-elle??
Instinctively I’d say eye-lee-nel or eye-lin-ell. I’m thinking of the Gaelic [name_f]Aili[/name_f] (eye-lee) with Ailinel, but maybe that’s not right. I’m not as well-versed in Tolkien’s language-building to be confident in that but either way it does have a very pretty look!
I also said AE-li-nell.
