[name]How[/name] do you pronounce [name]Casimir[/name]? Or if your not sure of the technical pronunciation, what is your first instinct when you read it? Thanks.
I would say it like “[name]Cass[/name]-i(short “i”)-mere”. That is a really cool name actually.
I say “caz-ih-meer,” emphasis on the first syllable.
[name]Cass[/name] (like [name]Cassie[/name]) uh meer.
I used to say [name]Cass[/name]-ih-meer, until I met an actual [name]Casimir[/name], and after him telling me to just call him [name]Casey[/name] (I felt so bad that I must have butchered it that much!), I looked it up, and found the proper prn is CAZ-ih-meer/KAH-zee-meer. I think it’s a lovely Polish name, but I think it’ll get butchered quite often, which is unfortunate.
^ Ditto this. I quite like saying it. It reminds me of soft cashmere.
It depends: Aussprachen von Casimir auf Polnisch
I pronounce it: KAH-zee-meer
I would pronounce it “Caz-ih-meer”
[name]Cas[/name]-ih-mere (like Mere Christianity)
I would say KAZ-i-meer, though in truth I’ve never came across [name]IRL[/name]. I think it’s a handsome name.
I say CAZ-ih-meer.
