I’m looking particularly for which syllable is emphasised?

I really like the emphasis being on the second syllable- [name_u]Lou[/name_u]-MEE-na- but I think this might just be the Romanian pron.?

I would hesitate between [name_u]LOU[/name_u]-min-uh and [name_u]Lou[/name_u]-MEE-nah, probably going with the first one in an English-speaking context, but I think I prefer the second version (which is closer to how I would say it in [name_m]French[/name_m]).
