I say [name_f]EM[/name_f]-eh-leen
[name_f]LINE[/name_f] and LEEN are both correct pronunciations. I personally prefer the [name_f]LINE[/name_f] pronunciation.
Emm-ee-leen, but I’ve never met one.
I would say emma-leen, but I can see all of them being legitimate pronunciations.
[name_f]EM[/name_f]-eh-leen. Emma-leen is not intuitive to me.
I’ve only ever heard it pronounced [name_f]Em[/name_f]-leen
I love [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
I’d say [name_f]Em[/name_f]-Ee-line
When I say [name_f]Emma[/name_f] it sounds a lot like em-uh, or sort of between em-ah and em-uh, so emma-leen and em-uh-leen sound pretty much the same to me!
LEEN and [name_f]LINE[/name_f] are both technically correct, but I think [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-[name_f]LINE[/name_f] has so much more charm!
I would say emma-leen. I’ve never heard it pronounced emme-line before.
I say em-eh-[name_f]LINE[/name_f], but I think the -Leen pronunciation is legitimate as well. ([name_f]Emmalyn[/name_f] would be the only way I’d use the -[name_u]Lyn[/name_u] pronunciation.)
I prefer the -line pronunciation, is what I used for my [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f].
[name_f]Emma[/name_f] line.
em-ee-leen
