I considered this name as a honor to my Grandma [name_f]Ida[/name_f] (eye-da)! So I pronounced it eye-dale-ya and thought [name_u]Dale[/name_u] would be a cute nickname. I ultimately didn’t choose it because of the many pronunciations but I do love it very much.
