I dont feel that [name_f]Esme[/name_f] and [name_f]Nell[/name_f] are even close to the same style/feeling, although beautiful on their own. [name_f]Esme[/name_f] [name_f]Autumn[/name_f] is nice, butt adding nell seems to clunk it up a bit. Any emotional attachment to either name?

In [name_m]French[/name_m] “Automne” ([name_f]Autumn[/name_f]) stands for Fall. It has a strong meaning in our relationship (season we met, favorite season, we moved to [name_f]France[/name_f] in [name_f]October[/name_f], etc). [name_f]Nell[/name_f] is my husband’s favorite name, that’s why I really really want to use it.

I love this so much I had to post to emphasise it! All 3 names separately are gorgeous and evocative for me, and they go beautifully together. Esmée (or [name_f]Esme[/name_f] -like both spellings) is sweet and quirky vintage chic, [name_f]Nell[/name_f] is supercool and feisty, and [name_f]Autumn[/name_f] is my favourite season name, so strong, evocative but feels understated. A sweet, thoughtful, feisty but gentle, outdoor girl.

I think its beautiful! I’m not a fan of [name_f]Nell[/name_f], but in this combo it fits perfectly.

I can’t decide if I prefer [name_f]Esme[/name_f] or Esmée. [name_f]Esme[/name_f] seems more simple but Esmée has a lovely exotic feel about it.
