No, I dont think that will happen. Its currently only in the 800’s.
I think it will go up a little bit on the popularity charts and then taper off, but I don’t think it will ever hit the Top 100.

I [name]LOVE[/name] the name [name]Olive[/name] too. I would consider it for a girl as well, but since [name]IVe[/name] starting liking this name, feel like [name]Ive[/name] heard it a couple times. I don’t think it will hit top 100, but it will increase in popularity for sure.
I think that it will probably get a bit more popular (like maybe move up but not go above 500) in the next few years and then drop off. It only made the top 1000 after [name]Little[/name] Miss [name]Sunshine[/name] came out, so when that movie stops being in the forefront of people’s minds the name will probably fade too. I don’t see it becoming very very popular, but it is very close to [name]Olivia[/name] so if little [name]Olive[/name] goes by [name]Liv[/name] or [name]Ollie[/name] than thats a different story.

It’s presently #813, which to me, isn’t popular at all. I’m guessing that people who are now familiar with the name due to [name]Isla[/name] [name]Fisher[/name]'s baby girl may be more inclined to use it than they were before, but I personally can’t see [name]Olive[/name] becoming mega-popular.
Yes, people may also use it as an alternative to [name]Olivia[/name] (#6), but at the same time, I’m guessing that a lot of people who love [name]Olivia[/name] are attracted to its length and girliness. Because of this, I think I can see someone who loves [name]Olivia[/name] turning to [name]Lydia[/name] (or another “ia” name), or even something like [name]Vivienne[/name], before turning to [name]Olive[/name].

A few years ago I met a baby named [name]Olive[/name]. I don’t see it getting very popular, for sure not in the top 100.
I love [name]Olive[/name]! I’ve never met one, and I’d be really surprised if I did. I can’t imagine it getting anywhere near the top 100. It’s similarity to [name]Olivia[/name] might make it seem more popular, though, because of the nickname [name]Liv[/name]. I wouldn’t worry about that, though, [name]Olive[/name] has such a different feel from [name]Olivia[/name]. I love them both, actually.
