My husband actually suggested a name today…[name]Emery[/name]! I’ve never suggested it to him before because I figured he’d he say it reminded him of an emery board. Shhhh I wont tell if you don’t 
I do love this name but have seen it posted here by others. I was just wondering how popular this name really is. It listed as #831 in 2005 and #468 in 2008. It moved up 363 spots in 3 years, that seems really fast to me. Is it on the fast track to the top? What do you think?
I think it will continue to rise in popularity as long as [name]Emma[/name] and [name]Emily[/name] remain near the top of the list. It has the same [name]Em[/name] beginning, and it has the -ee ending that many people like about [name]Emily[/name]. I don’t know that it’ll ever be as popular as those - I don’t think it has the cultural resonance point yet - but I think it will come to be moderately popular.
