Not pregnant with twin boys, but I was wondering how to get [name]Fred[/name] & [name]George[/name] without using [name]Frederick[/name] & [name]George[/name].
The names of [name]Fred[/name] & [name]George[/name] are obviously from [name]Harry[/name] [name]Potter[/name], the Weasley twins.
I love [name]Frederick[/name] and [name]George[/name] together. If you don’t like [name]Frederick[/name] I would use a -fred name and [name]George[/name]. I don’t know that there are any boys’ names that shorten to [name]George[/name].
[name]Wilfred[/name] nn [name]Fred[/name] works, too.
[name]George[/name] is just [name]George[/name]: why would you need a longer version, anyhow? [name]Gregory[/name] doesn’t work at all, as it’s a completely different name.
[name]Freddie[/name] and [name]George[/name] used to be my favourite twin set a long time ago, both are adorable together.
[name]Alfred[/name] is definitely the best for [name]Fred[/name]/[name]Freddie[/name], and you also have the nickname option of [name]Alf[/name]/[name]Alfie[/name] too which is very popular in the UK right now.
[name]Egor[/name] is related to the name [name]George[/name] maybe that would work?
