How to get to Link?

Are there any names with the nickname [name_m]Link[/name_m], except for [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m]?

Could [name_u]Larkin[/name_u] nn [name_m]Link[/name_m] work? Or is it too far of a stretch?

A first name+ middle name like [name_m]Linus[/name_m] [name_m]Caleb[/name_m] could work.

Nicknames don’t have to completely come from the full name. [name_f]Molly[/name_f] is a nickname for [name_f]Mary[/name_f], [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] is a nickname for [name_f]Sarah[/name_f], [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is a nickname for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_m]Dick[/name_m] is a nickname for [name_m]Richard[/name_m], etc. So I think [name_u]Larkin[/name_u] nn [name_m]Link[/name_m] could work. It would take people some getting used to though.

[name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] is the only direct form to get [name_m]Link[/name_m] that I can think of. [name_m]Link[/name_m] is a good stand alone name.

Similar names (at least to me) are [name_m]Lachlan[/name_m] “Lach”, [name_m]Locke[/name_m], and [name_m]Leif[/name_m].

Add on… Also, all the letters to spell Link are in Larkin. Another reason why it could work. I have seen people do that. Personally I’d use either Lincoln or Link with a long middle name like Alexander.

I think [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m] is the most obvious, but I think [name_u]Larkin[/name_u] might work too. Like @shannagrace said, nicknames don’t have to make sense all the time.

Georgia[/name_f]][name_m]How[/name_m] about Linkman? I love it.
Other spelling variations on [name_m]Lincoln[/name_m]. Linken. [name_m]Link[/name_m] is a nice standalone name. Linkenson?

I just thought of one, that might work, it will be a stretch though:
[name_m]Franklin[/name_m]

I think any L name followed by a C/K name could work.

I personally really like [name_m]Levin[/name_m] [name_m]Cole[/name_m], [name_u]Lorin[/name_u] [name_m]Kent[/name_m], and [name_f]Lin[/name_f] [name_u]Carlyle[/name_u]. But really anything could work.
