I am totally crushing on [name_u]Remi[/name_u]/[name_u]Remy[/name_u] right now but like it more as a nickname than a full name.
[name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any suggestions for full names that lead to the nickname [name_u]Remi[/name_u]/[name_u]Remy[/name_u]?
Also, which spelling do you like more for a girl?
[name_f]Romilly[/name_f] and Remedy could also work.
I go back and forth which spelling I prefer. I feel like [name_u]Remy[/name_u] looks more complete, like a full name, and [name_u]Remi[/name_u] is more suited as a nickname.
Thanks everyone! I do love [name_u]Emery[/name_u] but I think it’s too close to [name_u]Everly[/name_u]. [name_f]Rosemary[/name_f] is sweet but so not my style.
A really “out-there” option: Aurembiaix (prounounced: or-[name_f]EM[/name_f]-bee-ay)!
Other options which I don’t think have been mentioned so far:
[name_f]Andromeda[/name_f]
[name_f]Aramintha[/name_f]
Cheramie
Dreamer
Jeremina
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f] / [name_f]Meriam[/name_f]
[name_f]Promise[/name_f]
[name_f]Ramira[/name_f]
[name_f]Remember[/name_f]
[name_u]Romany[/name_u]
[name_u]Roma[/name_u]
[name_f]Romina[/name_f]
Rosamel
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]-[name_f]Marie[/name_f]
[name_f]Rosemund[/name_f]
[name_f]Remember[/name_f] (There was a girl in one of my historical books as a kid called this)
[name_f]Miriam[/name_f] (Not in spelling but in sound I can get that nn from it)
[name_f]Jeremine[/name_f]/Jeremina
[name_f]Rosemund[/name_f]
Remchi (city in Algeria)
This is a stretch, but I also thought of [name_f]Serena[/name_f], [name_u]Seren[/name_u], [name_u]Jericho[/name_u], and [name_u]Sierra[/name_u]. None of them have an M, but that’s what came into my head. I could see these working if the middle name started with M.
[name_u]Love[/name_u] this name! I think either spelling works wonderfully. The only other suggestion I can think of that hasn’t been mentioned (I don’t think) is Remedy.
absolutely love the name [name_u]Remy[/name_u] and the suggestions so far!! i just wanted to add that [name_u]Romy[/name_u]/[name_m]Romie[/name_m] is a very similar name with some beautiful long forms if you’re not a fan of any full names for [name_u]Remy[/name_u].
