This is how I’ve been pronouncing it in my head and had no idea it was wrong! (I think it’s because it looks like Daniel with a sh).

I prefer DASH-ull, but I think both are correct.

One of my best friends is [name_m]Dashiell[/name_m] (Dash for short). He’s always said it Dash-ull.

I say Dash-EE-elle instinctively, because I read about names I hardly hear them out-loud, so I say many names wrong
