Laureline? Is it lawr-uh-LEEN, lawr-uh-[name_f]LINE[/name_f], or lawr-uh-[name_u]LYN[/name_u]?
I read it as lawr-uh-[name_f]LINE[/name_f], not sure if that’s the proper pronunciation though.
I say -[name_f]LINE[/name_f], like rhymes with [name_f]Coraline[/name_f]. But I think you could justify any.
I read it with the -leen ending.
I would say [name_f]Laurel[/name_f] - Leen
I say law-reh-line
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]-leen
I would say it with the -[name_f]LINE[/name_f] ending but not confidently, would be questioning myself for sure
I would say [name_f]Laura[/name_f]-line.
From what I understand of these kind of names, the -leen and -line endings are technically the proper pronunciations. Where you’re from might have an impact on which pronunciation is more prevalent. I think the -lyn pronunciation is mostly used in the US, so not really a traditional pronunciation, but acceptable.
I saw it and immediately used the -[name_f]LINE[/name_f] ending but I’m not exactly sure. There are probably multiple correct pronunciations.
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]-leen
It is lawr-uh-LEEN to me
I read it as [name_f]Line[/name_f].
I pronounced it [name_f]Laura[/name_f]-line, but I’m not a fan.
[name_f]Laura[/name_f]-line, like [name_f]Caroline[/name_f]
I say the “-leen” ending but I don’t mind either pronunciation. It’s a very pretty name. It’s always seemed so magical to me.
I’d say lawr-uh-lyn, similar to [name_f]Jacqueline[/name_f].
[name_f]Lore[/name_f]-uh-line.
[name_m]Law[/name_m]-ruh-[name_f]LINE[/name_f] ir how I would pronounce it.
